The brand

WYDE is a Swedish footwear brand selling direct-to-consumer through its ecommerce store, founded and run by Melker Svärd.

The challenge

WYDE was launching their ecommerce store from scratch with zero paid advertising experience. They needed a partner to build the entire paid acquisition function from day one — strategy, creative, execution — and prove the channel out fast enough to support inventory and growth decisions.

The work

Came in at launch as full growth partner. Built the paid acquisition engine from zero — strategy, account architecture, creative production, testing cadence.

Ran intensively for the first 4–5 months to validate the channel and establish the foundation WYDE could compound on.
